4 reasons why your setting should join the Early Talk Boost research project

  • 4 reasons why your setting should join the Early Talk Boost research project

Don’t miss this opportunity for early years settings from Speech and Language UK…

1. It’s exciting

Speech and Language UK are looking for early years settings in England to help them better understand the impact of Early Talk Boost. By joining, you could have the chance to deliver the programme for free and boost language skills in your setting.

2. It’s impactful

The programme helps three- to four-year-olds catch up with peers when they’re struggling with talking and understanding words. Earlier research has shown promising results that Early Talk Boost can help children improve their language skills in just nine weeks. Imagine the impact in your setting.

3. It’s designed for you

Created with educators, for educators, Early Talk Boost is designed to be easy (and fun) to deliver. Once you’ve completed your online training, you’ll need to deliver three 15- to 20-minute sessions a week for nine weeks. That’s it! And there’s no cost to you.

4. It’s free

By taking part, you could have the chance to deliver Early Talk Boost for free in your setting. That includes resources, training, and support – and you can use it year after year once the project has finished, so even more children can learn and grow.

This research is led by Speech and Language UK and the Education Endowment Foundation. Visit the website to sign up now.
